You are a small staffed or volunteer-run charity or nonprofit. Business planning can seem like an enormous task. It doesn’t have to be.

I will work with you and your team to review, update or create a business plan that will share your vision and aims, support good governance, showcase your potential, and demonstrate your impact.

Grant Fundraising

You want to increase your income for development, operational, capital or project costs. You want to raise from £20,000 to £2m or more! You require the skills and capacity of an experienced fundraiser to help you achieve your objectives.

You need someone to help you with some or all aspects of grant fundraising from researching and identifying grants, bid writing, and reviewing applications, and managing grant contracts on your behalf.

Business Administration

You are a small or large charity or partnership. You need help managing an aspect of your business or a project efficiently and effectively.

Maybe you are struggling to collect relevant data to inform decision making? Or to communicate with partners or between your own sites? Or report back to funders?

I will work with you and your team to set up administrative processes to ensure that vital management information is collected, collated, analysed and shareable.

I can help you with all aspects of administration but have particular strengths in:

Expert Advice

You need advice for business planning, strategic decision-making, project development, relationship building, or stakeholder management.

Drawing on my experiences with charities of all sizes and scales I will work with you to offer guidance, share insight, act as a sounding board and provide challenge to support you and add value, assisting your charity to develop long-term goals and strategies aligned with your cause and values.

Mentoring

You are looking to make some changes to your life but are not certain where to start. You may be feeling stuck, uncertain of your options, or seeking change but unsure how to start.

You would like to talk through your ideas, gain insight, and benefit from gentle challenge in a confidential safe space.

Using my experience of mentoring in numerous contexts and my own experience of taking a career break to rejuvenate, reflect and regain my purpose, I will work with you to help you shape your next chapter.
